More recently, C4IOE has been providing consulting services to the clean / green / sustainable energy industry including solar, wind, etc.  We've also been working with municipal governments, and several manufacturers this year.  Recent projects include:  organization development and design related to company-wide changes, research and recommendations regarding organiztional leadership, change management and advising around implementing change, ensuring knowledge transfer across company related to changes and attrition/turnover, developing training programs & training guides and materials, procedures, programs & other technical documentation, leadership development, company and operating strategy, and communication practices.
