Several special projects teams at Energy client were struggling with clearly defining their mission and objectives, and with moving forward. A lot of good ideas, but no structure or process.
Research / Assessment
Assessed teams’ implementation and lack of forward progress during organization change. Determined group lacked objectives and plan/direction, as well as knowledge about group decision-making tools/practices.
Design / Implementation
Facilitated engagement team meetings and action planning. Trained team on group decision-making and quality tools and practices. Facilitated team to develop objectives, team charter, process to review requirements, and game plan for their team. Worked with team through process changes.
Final Results
Teams are fully functioning. One team was able to implement changes for engagement within several departments. The other team successfully assessed and compiled training requirements (regulatory and non-regulatory) across the company.
